I WANNA BE FIT . . IN FACT I AM FIT! Well, I am not over or under weight so i am good right but i want to bring it further.I need to tone up.My goal is to reach rock hard abs.BUT after doing some research on it and alot of reading i am confused.Mainly because in one of the articles it states that abs is a genetic thing.So based on the fact my dad or grandpa had never had abs or anything close to it.Its looks like its almost impossible for me to attain it.But there are other articles which promises abs in 8 weeks.In conclusion i came to a point which is to train hard and eat right.Add more soy products to my diet and work out like a machine.Skip all kinds of fatty food.Drink more water and sleep well.If i succeed i'll post a pic of me showing off my abs if not . . 2 bad anyway just wish me luck.
